Well, you see.. i'm making a new site and i've been planning it over a month now. And i figured that there are several tasks that i must do to make a sitte. These are the following that i need to accomplish:

1) Think of a Domain ("www.______.com", "www._______.net" "www.____.org"... etc) The Domain is one of the most important part of the site and must be taken under serious consideration.

Please Help me decide on a Domain*

2) Outline [Already complete]

3) Hire Workers: [I am Currently Hiring workers]
I need:

- Coders [html,xml,css,php,javascript..etc] must be good at coding.
I need around 3-5 coders. Coders will not recieve a salary, however they will be paid on the amount of work that is achieved.


-Programmers [AS2.0,AS3.0,c++,vb...etc] must be good at programming games or applications + Making Hackpacks/Trainers.. you will be paid same as coders. I need around 10-20 programmers.

-Graphics [o.o] Must be good at making art, graphical designs.s

-Extra Workers [These ppl will do extra work]

*NOTE*: Coders and Programmers do not have to know ALL codes/programming languages. As long as they're good at they're jobs.

I Designed and Currently manage www.SpeedyRacing.ca and www.Par5GolfClub.ca. Both of which have become almost self sufficient.
The experience of working with the Par5GolfClub was definitely a huge help to my customer service and technical support skills. I was working with seniors (65+) who knew next to nothing of using a computer. I had to solve their problems using emails that read "WEBSITE NOT WORKING, CANT LOGIN". I have learned a lot from both sites, and have recieved many complements on my clean and clearly articulated messages.

Outside of all the professional crap, I do like to have fun, and screw around. I'm not a super geek, lols so don't get the wrong impression.

I've Grown up around Hacking, and minor coding, I think outside the box and have the experience you can rely on as a member of your staff.
