Uhh, it's not that good and there's not much to C&C, it's just hoops.
Also you're not an incorporation.

Not exactly pixel art is it. More a bunch or circles that are different colours with a black background.

Better yet, don't use MSPaint for signatures like that. :\

But since you don't have Photoshop, I suggest you just go read some tutorials till you get Photoshop.
