This subsection is becoming more active by the minute, and a lot of us have tutorials to show. I'm mainly thinking about me, but Mark has his tutorial, and I assume if we gave credit to the original authors we could make some sort of megathread containing most of the popular tutorials from devArt, GR, PR, and others.

Why dont you just post it here?.. It's the Art section, not a showoff section. Why do people want a new subforum for every tiny thing? =.=

Tutorials get buried when most of the constant Art section posters lose interest in the tutorial. A sub-section for it would basically be an archive of tutorials. On the other hand you could make a tutorial megathread but a sub-section is just as effective.
