What do you want to do, be more specific. Both in terms of what you want to produce or what techniques you want to learn.

Mainly (I think) adding more complicated effects to photographs.
So, more editing then making stuff from scratch

its totally worth it. I downloaded it some months ago .

also better get a tablet, I have a cheap one, (( 40$ ))

yeah it focuses a lit in composing scenes and general styles letting you give the final touches.
also got some really nice tutorials on how to properly use the smudge tool and good styles for cropping.
