I'm looking to buy a LG Shine, I've got a Fido sim card, should I buy a normal one, then go to Pacific Mall to unlock it? Or just buy an unlocked one?
Also, where can I buy an LG Shine?

I can ask around some guys at my school if they have an unlocked one, these people steal shit all the time.
