Do I have a stomach tumor? Or what?

Recently I've been going threw:
-Random Stomach Aches
-Pooped blood once

Notice that I've only pooped blood once, but I'm scared. I get stomach pains, almost daily. But, I have been working out a lot on my abs, which could be showing me that I'm working too hard? Please ask questions, or tell me, What are symptoms of stomach Cancer/Tumors? Also, what could I have?

Go ask a doctor, not us. We're not professionals. You'd need an X-RAY to prove it's a tumor anyway.
