what do you mean for video presentation?
because if you are going to present a video and not a GIF animation there are some nice codecs you can use. because we are talking with uncompressed something like
640*480, 3 seconds video = 118 MB or more

I'm not sure about youtube, I have been trying with many compressions to see how it works but the encoder kinda mess up with my videos, try asking that on youtube.
but after researching some (( just for you ))
I got to the conclusion
on Render set up
change your Video size to
Output size:
HTDV (video) [[on that roll out menu ]]
1280x720
and test with the compressions, thats up to what codecs you have in your PC. always work in quality 100%
