So the movie is about a Fat (white..not being racist) man chained up on a room with people of the law discussing whether to put him to death for killing a lot of people, or in jail for life, or a mental institution since he has different personalities. SO as the movie progress we go inside his head to see his different personalities looking for the one murderer. As we go into the movie we see a cabin or motel or something in which different people went to as the road going out which has a bridge or overpass over a stream or river of water is flooded. So we have a cop, a husband and wife with a child who is so quiet during the film, about one or two crooks which the cop has under custody and so other people I forgot about but I do know that the cop and a lady are the main characters. SO the people get accustomed to each other and state what they want to do with their life, the lady states she wants to live in a place with orange trees all around her house. SO first murders happen as people start dieing they (people in the guys mind) start accusing each other and then the movie goes as the crook dies as he is tied up in a chair with rope to restrain him by the cop but he died by a baseball bat stuck into his mouth down to his stomach by an unknown character, then (as my mind can remember) the parents of the boy try to take off and see if the flood has pass, but the boy goes in front of the vehicle as it is about to go onto the road and the boy's parents quickly turn the vehicle into the side of the boy which they crash resulting in both being damaged as the cop tackles the boy to save him. Then the parents die and the Cop, lady, and boy is left. As they find out that the boy is the murderer they try to escape and the Cop is knocked out. As he is knocked out he goes into the Fat Restrained guy brain seeing the people of the law discussing about his penalty, as the Cop tries to figure out what is going on and that he tries to tell the people of the law about the murdering boy, he flashes back into the Fat mans mind thus knocking the boy out, saving the lady to drive away, and dieing in the process. The movie skips to the lady living her life, by herself in a house in the afternoon tending her orange trees with are abundant and then she spots a hoe or rake out of place, as she remembers the things that happen she sees the boy and freaks out as the boy kills her with a hoe or rake. Then the movie cuts seeing the fat man being taken by a Cop van somewhere along the road of somewhere and sees the car stops and the fat man kills both cops and escapes with the car or on foot.

Now help me find this movie as I think some characters are Nicholas Cage or someone that looks like him.

I saw this movie about 5-8 years ago or less.
