I am a fucking dumb shit, anybody mind helping me? Can't seem to see any folders at all in my itouch once connected to the computer. Meaning I can't get to /var/mobile/media/roms/gba. |

Search up OpenSSH on Cydia. Download it, then download gpSPhone or whatever it's called.
Two things needed next: iPhone Tunnel Suite 2.7 (USB or wifi connection to iPod root), WinSCP (OpenSSH agent)
Download both.
open iPhone Tunnel Suite and configure the popup the comes on when first opened to you iPod's settings (firmware, etc.) Once you've added your device, click the "File Browser" button on the main iPhone Tunnel Application Window. As it connects to your iPod, a small WinSCP window will open and you should get some error alert. Click updated, add, whatever, and a File Browser Window should appear. This is connected to your iPod throught the USB so now you can upload your GBA roms + GBA bios file to the correct folder as said in the podtouchfans forum.
Read before deciding it doesn't help you, then click here. It's not gpSPhone, but it's exactly the same procedure you need to follow.
