You live your life like a normal human...
Getting all stressed out over a simple flu will only hurt your immune system. Why? being anxious/stressed out is known to weaken your immune system. Thats why depressed people are more likely to get sick than normal people.
Swine flu has killed like 160-ish people in a 1 month period only.
The only death in the U.S. was a baby. Babies who get any type of flu always have a chance of death.
The regular flu kills 30,000 people in the U.S. alone.
So instead of being worried over Swine Flu, you should really be more worried over a regular flu. =/
this whole swine flu thing is just the media covering something too much because they have nothing else to talk about. Resulting in the general public getting all scared because every TV news station is basically spreading the same news stories given out by the AP.
