Xbox live is the only reason to ever get a 360. Halo 3 with online isn't even that fun, without online is just worthless. Same with almost all 360 exclusive games.
Get a PS3, because a used arcade 360 probably won't even start up more than three times if ever run for more than 30 minutes.

They're right. I have an Arcade, which makes more noise when gaming but has an extra fan, and a 120GB HDD. I couldn't be happier with it.

I'm sure if you bought a normal xbox360 with a 180gb hard drive it would be $399.99.

for an arcade with a 180 gb, rather than a normal xbox360 with 180gb which would cost 100$ more than a normal one with 60gb.

Arcade=199.00$
Normal xbox360 with 60gb=299.00$
so, buy the arcade for 100$ less, and then buy the hardrive for 100$

Well you would be right there (apart from you thinking that 180/60=2.5). Too bad a 120gb hdd for an xbox360 is $150.

Now I assume you can do the math (because you showed off such intelligence in your previous post, again aside from thinking that 180/60=2.5) but just in case, I'll do it for you.
120GB HDD (which isn't even that practical) = $150
Arcade = $199
Combined = $349
Regular 360 (with $60GB HDD) = $299
Now explain to me how spending an extra $50 for 60GB of space you most likely won't need or even use is saving money?
