Okay so a bunch of guys go gamble during lunch hours alright?
So I went to see what it is about, but I didn't gamble.
The AP walks in and finds us.
Could I get in trouble, and if so, how much(Remember I wasn't playing)?

Are you sure about this? I mean I know they don't have any proof that I was gambling(seeing as how I wasn't), but could they still get me in trouble for just being there?

| It all depends on what you did. You still may get into trouble for being an affiliate to the whole gambling situation.

I didn't do anything. When he walked in, I was just standing there watching. I didn't condone it or anything.
Is it possible for the APs to say I'm gambling when they have no proof?

Yeah, you could get in trouble for even being there.
Just talk yourself out of it and say you didnt do anything.

Yes, it is possible. Knowing most Principals in school, they will trust them over you.

Because one of the AP's mentioned that, and even though I think they were bluffing, I want to know what the DA can do.

Paranoid. I wasn't really paranoid before, but then my friend was like you'll probably get suspended for a day. And I don't want to since there is this event coming up in school and I can't go if I get suspended.

Lol? He's probably in high school and nothing that has been said sounds severe enough for a permanent record, and don't you get a clean record once you turn 18? Unless you did something like.. really bad, like kill someone or something.
