Is this a real hack program?

Looks like there a virus in it, put peoples say it's normal i'm not sue, if someone could look at the code and tell us.

No ones gunna download it unless you give more details
If the code is included in the download, just post it here and you will actually get an answer.
Otherwise, give up.

It obviously is a fake considering the exe has a crap picture icon on it.

Connects out to 64.59.144.30 and drops a file.
