Here's what I recommend and their rating.

1. The World Ends With You (T)
2. Grand Theft Auto: ChinaTown Wars (M)
3. Fire Emblem (E10)
4. Dragon Quest Heros: Rocket Slime (E)
5. Dementium: The Ward (M)

You can look them up on IGN or GameSpot. They have a pretty high score, and from my opinion, are worth the price.
