15:57.15 PdobeAhotoshop: Like I start to type and I hear the error beep thing because I'm typing at it isn't in the text field anymore.

Basically when Visual C# 2008 is open no matter what window I'm on it keeps making my currently active window, not the active window anymore. Like it greys out the top part of the window like it does when the window is in the background but no other window is selected. HELP
I thought I'd ask here because you guys know about Visual Studio.

Scratch that it's when I have a project open.
EDIT:
I just tested without my project open (Start screen) by clicking in the Google search box in Firefox and it didn't do it. I then opened my project and after 7 seconds Firefox was no longer the active window.
