When trying to PM someone it will say you need 5000 posts and need to be with CEF for over 5 years. This is a joke.

You need 20 posts and need to be with CEF for 16 days, then you can send PM's and post URL's.


If thats not the case, then it's because you've been warned so many times, and a mod doesn't like you, so it's disabled for you.

It's not because of your warns. Believe Dak Byte raised the post count needed to PM to 25+ (unsure), if it's not that it's because you pissed Dark Byte off and he disabled PMing.
