is there a way to delete everything except the system files?

if you're going to do that it'd be better to just reformat and start fresh, but you could always go to add/remove programs and delete everything there one at a time.

How did you install Windows? i.e- A installtion disk, or did it come one your computer when you bought it.

Another question - Which OS do you have? I.e Windows XP, Vista etc.

I need to know because there are ways to create recovery disc's depending on which Brand you have...
