Cheat Engine

After I used cheat engine my computer fan has been spinning fast causing loud noise. My cpu fan goes crazy whenever I play game or have a full screen on youtube.

If I reformat my computer it would fix this problem but I don't have a window xp cd to reformat my computer.

Anyone have a solution to fixing this problem?

i have a compaq pc: window xp home edition with amd processor.

The reason your cpu fan is spinning faster and getting louder is because your cpu temps are getting higher and it prevents overheating of the cpu. If you did want to turn it down you could try a program like speedfan.

Yeah, it's just your computer groaning at the load of playing games or outputting fullscreen video. It might help to turn it off for a while when all you'll be doing is light browsing or watching videos.
