On my other computer, where i have everything good stored, most of the letters on my keyboard, when pressed, are acting as hotkeys and opening random windows.
Example: When i press R, the Run program comes up. When i press, I think it was E, the search thing comes up.
Help please?

Hm, that's possible, i tried the scan like the guy above you said and it found nothing. If its on lock how do i get it off? I doubt that it's really stuck.

As stated by fullyawesome, try a new keyboard...
Also what OS are you running because on Vista Win+R is Run, and Win+E is Explorer....
Not sure about XP though...

Yea, I'll try that right now.
I disconnected it only to find out that the keyboard i brought to it doesn't have the same plug in pattern thingy. When i plugged back in the original I pushed down the windows key a lil hard, heard a very faint click, and then it started working. The windows key still works aswell. So thanks for that, i probably would have never figured it out if you haven't suggested the stuck idea.
