How can I stop myself from picking my nose?

Every morning I wake up with my fingers in my nostrils getting all those boogers out. They never seem to stop entering my nose. When I pick my nose, I get the boogers out but I don't know when to stop, and soon, my nose starts bleeding.

Get into the habit of using a tissue, rather than your finger. Eventually, you will get used to using a tissue, and the nose picking should become less frequent.

Lucky I haven't got a nose bleed in for eva!

Just do something else to stop?
