Well I am coding myself a simplistic kernel for a clone of AceKard (I will try to make hardware later). I just am having some trouble, I think it has to do with libfat.

When I boot into the nds straight, without loading acekard I can't access lib fat. So when I go threw AceKard it works. I think i have to do something so libfat can work, but I am stumped. Any suggestions?

My Driver does:

Compose response on R1 and R2.
Send Command on R0-R2 (1-3).
Reset and init sd/hc card, and set to wait.
Read/Write blocks.
Get info.
Push data.
Send command (using page).
