Hello,
I seem to have a problem after I had restarted my Laptop. The problem is, is that there isn't any arrows for the hidden icons, and also the windows that i have opened is now on the right side of the task bar.

Thanks in advance!

Right click on taskbar --> Properties --> Hide inactive icons
As for the windows going to the right side, I have no clue. Seems awesome though, I want it..

That will bring up little rows of dots; click on the one next to the "tab" icon, and drag it back to the left. |
Google says it's a common Vista problem.

That is correct...
Uncheck Lock the Taskbar and drag those dots to where ever you like em...
