So what process can i end?, the thing i need is not running in that process list.... ow and i had a on board keyboard up, cos my prtscn button doesn't work :/[/img]

I answered that..who gives a fuck if he uses them, he didnt say "which ones that i dont use can i kill?" if that was the case i wouldnt have answered, I dont know what he/she uses...yet notice how i stayed away from the avg stuff and the svchost's and all the other critical process's..
so in closing LEARN to fucking read.. and learn what the words you are reading mean(ie look at the other aspects of what someone is saying before you tell them its all bullshit..)
@JoffyJ yes they would most likely come back after reset.. use msconfig and the addminstrative tool for services to elimanate non essential services and startup process's on a more permanent basis..

If you count that you could end 50% of all processes and
the rest is not even possible to end because windows blocks it.

www.processlibrary.com is a great site to show if a process is virused or not...
To check and remove whats on start up go to start> run > msconfig> startup tab, and uncheckk all u dont want on startup
