I have no idea what it's about either, apparently it is a 4 year old ARG about a person who hacked the above website and redirected the site to the website http://www.00112358.net/. Further investigation into this revealed that it is somehow linked to a woman named Faith Arella, who mysteriously disappeared whilst investigating the Oculus. To this date the identity of the person who did this remains unknown
