[VB.net]How do you check to see if current form is in front?

I tried many ways like check if me.focused but if I select another control on the form it says the form isn't focused.

I believe it is Form.Activated

In VB:

If Form.Activated = False then
'Whatever
End if

I already know how ot do an if... but when I tried it, it didn't work correctly so I'll use 'Contains Focus'.
