Can be resized and not lose quality.
So that skittles packed I made can be resized to whatever size I want.
But you need the .psd.
That's assuming you were referring to vector graphics.

The canvas goes with it as well.
But if I were to press a certain shortcut only the render/stock(if you only selected) would only be the one resized, after deselecting, the quality is still okay. :3
I don't really use that option since the canvas goes with it as well, hate having to restore the original canvas size. Lol
