Ok, I want to buy this card here:

Only problem is that it says newegg RECOMMENDS 450 watt power, I only have 420, can i still use that card? Will I have major issues?

Most likely, no; it should work. But it depends on the specific power supply you have and the amount of power it will output to the graphics card (+12v rail). The specifications should be located on the power supply itself. 24A will suffice for the HD 4830.

You have got to love IBuyPower, I have thought this whole time I actually had 420w of power. The chances of them messing up, I just looked in my case and i apparently have a black steel 580w power unit. Wow that's awesome, sorry technically for the spam, mods can close if they like. Well mine was like 5 months ago so forgive me on the non updated stuff, also i didnt know too much about computer then.

a NZXT black case, with clear side.

E8400 duo core processor, Over Clocked to 3.60ghz

P5N-D

8800 GTS 512mb graphics card

4gb Ram corsair

Vista ultimate 32 bit(see i told you i didn't know much,you know the whole 4gb on 32 bit thing...)

standard power supply(supposedly.)

320Gb hard drive.

mouse keyboard. cant remeber specifically. total was like 1076 USD

But like i said 5 months ago, so prices were way higher, and different stuff was there.
