I have never ever experience this "down" coming from caffeine...
Take a mixture of A LOT of (water-soluble) vitamins... See what that does for you.
Man, it's all a placebo effect.... MAAAAAAAAAAAN.

Question: Do ALL Energy Drinks have only sugar? I tried an Energy Drink and, man, it was sooooo sweet...After a few minutes, I suddenly got thirsty and tired. Some Energy Drink.

Caffeine, sugar, water, sodium.... carbonation?
^^ That is what most of them are... Plus taurine and other things that people think matter.
Also, to the 5 hour power:
The only thing it has in it is ABSURD amounts of Vitamin B12, a water soluble vitamin. This means you can only take in as much as your body can use.... So, basically, after you get enough B12 (which is what the drink uses to give energy), you will just piss it away.
Aswell, B12 promotes cell reproduction and stuff with your blood...

| I never crash whenever drinking energy drinks, my favourite so far is NOS, yet I have not tried it yet.

Energy drinks don't work for everyone.
A friend gets extremely hyper off one Monster, but it takes 2 to keep me up for over 24 hours. Try 5 hour energy, free at your local walmart.

I had two beaver buzzes (Canadian drink) each with 186 mg of caffeine.
I drank both very quickly (citrus), in under two minutes (45 seconds roughly each) It didn't really do anything for me, I just wasn't as tired. ;-;

Beaver buzzes suck.
