I want to gain 2kg but seems impossible for me.

- Tried to eat 2x more than usual
- Tried to eat less veggies
- More protein based meals
- Drink Protein drinks(mass gain ofcourse)
- Cut down my sprint times by like 20min.

Because i can gain additional 2kg to keep myself under featherweight max weight.

He's probably (for sure) going for some sport.

I'd personally say, Go with fast food diet. Wink And, I'm not joking you'd be amazed by the wieght you can by doing that. Though, you're gonna have to do some physical activity's to be toned and not just gain blubber.

I don't have money to buy fast food for every meal, not even once everyday. And i want to try to gain weight in a healthy way.

Are you a boxer? If so, that's awesome..

Anyways, if you really want to gain weight just sit in your house all day and don't eat for 2 days, then FUCKING DIE eating everything, and you'll want to.
Not eating for so long makes your body hold onto every bit of food it can get, which will make you fat.

You can work that off into muscle, but I'm sure you know that already.


Enjoy. Do it more than once if you really want to gain some weight.

I'll try to do it starting off on friday, don't want to lose focus on school middle of the week due to hunger.

Yes, clogged arteries and extra baggage is exactly what anyone in a sport wants.

@OP

Take in about 1000 more calories than you normally do, and work out 3 times a week. It takes a while to put on weight, but if you stick to it you will. The most healthy weight you can possibly put on is 0.5lb a week, so don't expect it to come overnight.

Creatine, have you ever heard of it? It makes you gain weight the healthy way. I think, I'm like 80% sure? When I was in boxing I use to put this in smoothies, it's kinda cheap and it comes with alot of it.

Hope I helped, I'm not to sure read up on it.

The long term effects of creatine aren't known, but it definitely helps you build muscle faster and put on weight. You MUST drink at least 2 liters of water a day if you take it though, or you will cause kidney damage.
