How Do I find PUK(2)? I learned that PUK(Pin Unlock Key) was used to unlock the SIM and the actual PHONE, the PUK1 can be found online, do I need to call into AT&T customer care to get PUK(2)? Btw do they charge you for it (I heard they charged you 20-25 dollars for the key)

Each phone has a unique PUK code so I'm not sure where you got the info that PUK 1 can be found online.
Anyway just go to an AT&T store and if your lucky to get a nice person they'll do it for free, otherwise you'll have to pay that amount in order for them to unlock it.
Don't fool around too much as if you pass the limit it will burn your SIM card.

Just call customer service.
You won't need to pay anything.
I've called for mine about 3 times in the last 6 months.
I'm paranoid about my phones security.
:]
P.S; the phone has no relation to the sims PUK.

Actually, the PUK2 is needed to preform a Sim Unlock on an AT&T phone, its about 15 digits, and can usually be traded for the IMEI (17 Digits) Usually if you say its for international use, they will unlock it/give you the PUK2 for free. Here's my problem, I have called in about 3/4 times as well but they seem to be more harsh to me. The AT&T Representative tells me they cannot release the subsidy unlock code. So what they do is they have to file a case and the people (Super-dooper AT&T people?) call me saying yes or no to my case >.> (7 days, reply on April 2nd.)
