HI, my first post here, and new to "hacking" memory.

Anyways im creating a bot, and now i want to make it even better with reading memory.

But before i start with my game i want to get the hang of it using something simple as "3D Pinball for Windows"


For now im just going to read Pinball`s Score witch is no problem using CE 5.3
But when it comes to making the pointer adress innside CE into a usable code for my app ( im using AutoIT ) im stuck.


This adress should work, shows the current score inn Pinball
"PINBALL.EXE+00025040" with offset "52"

Now this is where my problem comes inn:

My pinball.exe pid is 0x00000CB0

This is what CE says:
pinball.exe+00025040 = 0x00C6AE68
with offset added 0x52 i get 0x00C6AEBA witch shows me the score.

If i calculate this inn calc.exe using hex i get:
0x00000CB0+0x00025040= 0x00025CF0 ( I asume both values are hex )
not even with offset value i get close to the value i should get.

Basicly i need to get value 0x00C6AEBA using math, sorry if this has been answered many times.

I'm having trouble understanding this too, but what i do is, check the hex box in CE, type in the address (00025040) now uncheck the hex box and it should come to normal numbers, now add 52 (using a calculator or w/e) the put that number in, and check the hex button again, and that should be the address you need.
