I want to boost my pc to about 8GB ram i found those RAM here: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227365
look to be a great deal if you know something better sudmit it and i want to know if my pc can support it here some info:

1. That memory (in the link) is DDR3. You're looking for DDR2.
2. The motherboard of the HP Pavilion A6257C only supports up to 4GB of memory.
3. You may not even have enough slots (manufacturers usually put in 2x1GB when they feature 2GB of RAM.
Just get a few DIMMs of DDR2 800, which you can find here. Check how many slots there are open first.
