Whenever I start up my laptop, it becomes...all pixel-y like, can't explain how it looks like but I can't see nothing. Sometimes it has random colors appearing too. Its a HP Pavillion dv6000

Put some pressure (just a bit) on the edges, and if the screen appears to be fixing, its broken:( .

Is it in safe mode ?
That happens to me - also the icons become larger.
