the book isnt a book asking you to believe anything >_>
its actually a rather good mix of science and religion.

there are areas of our brains that act up when we are having a spiritual experience. which suggests that the acceptance of religions and other spiritual things above us is perfectly normal among humans and is not just fairy tales.
