Or does it? The page won't even show up, and once in a while i get this akward ad with a girl saying "you need a personal loan?""

Did you try to delete all the coockies ?
Also, delete all the intermediate internet files and retry.

only shit that comes up is the personal loan thingy, tried to search for spywares or any of those kinds, also ran a full scan. no help.
