Hi. Im from Japan and i might use quite weird English but please help me.

Im trying to create an auto trading bot for the game called "Magic the Gathering Online". Its a card game, and i want the bot to trade cards automatically with other player.

I'm using c# for making this and I've just started studying this two days ago and having a quite serious problem.
I think I know how to make it chat automatically and i can move the mouse automatically too. But I'm having problem how to make the bot indetify the various cards in the game.
I have no idea what method to use. I think I can use the same way as the other MMORPG bots identify the creatures and players in the game(I just think...)
I think there might be few ways to do this but i want it to be fast.

Can somebody help me with this?

Is memory reading an option?
Try to find the places of where the cards are stored in the memory, then you ReadProcessMemory() and check what card is on the table.
Screen scraping or pixel searching would be quite inefficient and should only be used once searching the memory is not an option or possibility.

I slightly understand what you are saying but i got the brief idea of how it works.

Now I'm trying to study about how to get some informations in my memory, but its really confusing me. How could I find out about the information where cards are stored in the memory.
I'm very new to this and I'm not even sure what I'm doing but I tried to use the software called "User Mode Process Dumper" and "WinDbg" but this didnt help me much.

To do these stuff, do I have to learn about assembly language or even more difficult stuffs?
