Objective: Detect certain process with the string list.

Language: C#

Question:
any method recommended?
1. Invoke ReadProcessMemory?
2. Inject a C++ Dll and scan? Communicate through Pipestream
3. Any other idea?

If it's visible text, you could loop through all windows, and get their classname/title and search for the strings. (Just an idea)
