Can I get the windows install files that i downloaded from a torrent and stick it on a USB and boot my PC off the USB drive and install windows successfully? The problem is i dont have a CD drive >_< _________________

The boot file located in the XP setup disc will not work that easily with a USB flash drive. There is a way, but you need a Win98 start up disc to help you boot off the USB drive and run manual setup from there.
other options...
1. Get a CD drive.
or
Copy all of the contents to your hdd
and run "winnt" from there.
It's not too hard to do, just requires a few small tools. here's the guide for the EEE, but it'll work for you.

(So long as you can boot to USB and have a USB device with enough space.)
