Need help ASAP about getting location!

Okay so... basically,

I have a location like 15.

I am at location 18.

I want to teleport to my ground-target location of 15, which is at a distance.

How would this be done? Someone said that you find the location of the Z / X / Y axis (which I have) and then you teleport there by having your Z / X / Y axis of the CHARACTER changed to the Z / X / Y axis of the ground location. AKA Ground Target (i already have the Z / X / Y for all, char and GT, but I don't know how I can write a script to teleport me whenever I want to?)
