i need help creating this code can some one help i am not so good with fruitful mthods

The cost of the call is $0.65. i cannot use half dollars or pennies. How many different combinations of coins can i use if at least one of the coins is a quarter?
i need to create a Java program that uses a Fruitful method to RETURN all values to the main program.

Draw a state machine (or w/e it's called in English) on a paper, then just follow the paths. Then turn your machine to code.
