Uncircumcised. I think it's the best cause there is really no point in being circumcised? An i can't imagine how you can actually put your penis without foreskin in your pants, it hurts (probably circumcised ppl got used to it, so it doesn't hurt anymore), therefore uncircumcised penises look better imo lol.

Uncirc, its really only dirtier if you never bathe, in which case I seriously doubt people will be worrying about the cleanliness of your penis
