Well I connected the USB to the pc and the phone, but a new folder didn't show up.
Its a Samsung SGH-t919. No internet.

Oh and a new window popped up saying "Found new hardware" abouyt the Samsung CDMA technologies.

If im not wrong, You need to download the drivers for that phone

Some Samsung phones have 2 modes: modem or USB reader in the option settings.
