Well i wonder how many frames i would get in CS:S with these specs.

want to run everything high detail, HDR, No AA, Trillnear filtering and simple water reflection. Min res 1280x800. Recomend me a res that runs stable and is good 4 pwning.

Vid card:
XFX GeForce 9800GTX+

CPU:
Intel Core™ 2 Duo E8400 3.0GHz

RAM:
Kingston ValueR. DDR2 PC5300 4096MB CL5

Power supply:
Corsair Powersupply 750W Black, ATX/EPS, 140mm Fan, 8xSATA, SLI

With the settings you mentioned, you should get
an average of 150-250 fps in source.

hundreds upon hundreds.

you are going to be more CPU bound than anything.
