I'm pretty sure having 2 AV's will mess each other up so get rid of trendmicro since it expired and you don't wanna renew your subscription check reg's for anything related to trend micro restart and try to update the other one.

Look, I had one and it wouldn't update, so I installed a new one and it won't update either.
