I pulled out my old '05 phone and found a cool feature on it.

It has a kinda...ringtone maker (best description) I press the buttons and each one is a note or something. I can also set the tempo

Is there a site that shows me how I can make (real) songs using it?

One that shows what keys to press & what to set the tempo at.

Is it a nokia?

I remember there was a site for that and it gave you the exact keypresses to make a song.

Google around a bit.

I use a site called "myxertones.com"

Register on there and make a account to be able to upload your own ring tones and send them.
