New impl do not work.

Tested on web-based games, it simply freezes the game until ou uncheck the speedhack box. Tested on multiple flash 10 games

looks like the 'language problem' fix(the one where german computers displayed a , instead of . but the textparser refused the ,) broke the speedhack implementation

Well, I know I said I wouldn't fix any more bugs after the 2 week , but since this is part of a fix I did in that time, you can redownload ce for a fixed speedhack
