My friend sent me and email saying that the Admins have not activated his account and it been 6 days..he also sent me...

Theres some other Moderators that can activate accounts.
Or you could always PM Dark Byte himself.

Zohan/Dark Byte, do all the Moderators (including the Administrator) have the power to activate accounts? Or do only selected Moderators (including the Administrator) can activate accounts?

I think some chosen Moderators and definitely DB since hes the Admin.
