Okay well I'm trying to portforward my utorrent port
I go to Virtual server in my routers site and put in the port, TCP and Enable and name it UTOR1 but then I dont understand what to do with the lan box.
I've followed portforward.com instructions on setting up a static ip address but then after that I dont understand which Ip to use for that lan box

Tried almost everything but still hasnt worked....

Your computer's internal IP address, I'd guess.

i think you put your internal ip there, like 192.168.1.1 or whatever you set when you set the static ip. it's strange how they called it lan server in a way. your internal ip has to go somewhere anyway to port forward correctly.

Hmm didnt seem to help me at all
Just making sure the LAN server is the static ip so when i went to network properties to set up my static ip, the Ip address that I entered manually for example 192.168.1.156 would be the one I enter in the LAN server?
Any help?? This is really frustrating

Are you sure "Virtual server" is what you really need? Is there another setting page for Port forwarding/triggering only?
You really don't need to mess around with static internal IPs at all.
If none of that helped, look in your manual (probably can find it online) and find out what the "LAN Server" field is for.

Ya thats the only "portforwarding place"
Well considering from portforward.com they said I needed a static IP first so I set that up.
The manual seems to be only for installation

you kind of do need a static ip if you've got more than one computer sharing the access point, stealing each others internals. xD

I just meant for the port-forwarding aspect of it all. My routers have always just assigned internal IPs, never really bothered with them.

oh, yeah, it'd be good if router companies named things alike, rather than tring to make simple things difficult.
