Hey, I have a dell inspiron 6000, and I cant open up the dell recovery file on the computer. I tried to run it in safemode, but that also didnt work. So I was wondering if anyone had any other solutions? Anyone know a link to download the file? thanks

??? shouldn't you either have a recovery partition on your harddrive, which you then have to press a key combination during startup, or a recovery CD which you boot up off, also at startup?

lol, you're not meant to click it, there should be some keys you press at boot (your manual will tell you) like F10 to go to a recovery prompt and choose your recovery options from there.
