thats not completely true. IF you whisper a gm and it lags and than says he is offline.. it means he is online.. but they can trigger it.. can you imagine how much spam they would get?

Zezima on RS spam. (Used to be the highest level/experience/most played) When I used to play. If you ever played the game, you'd know what I mean.
